The long piece of knitting that is created prior to Academic Festival will be able to be added to by other people during the Festival as a collaborative effort in order to mirror the touchable, usable quality that is a huge part of the history of needlework. It will also combine with computer science through the use of electricity-conducting thread and will count how many people have added to the project over time.

Nominated by Professor Kathryn Tomasek (History)
This exhibtion will be accompanied by a poster during the poster session.
