Housing Information for Students Who Are Abroad

If you are not here in the fall you need to:
  • Contact the Office of Student Life by mid November about housing for 2nd semester and provide the following info:
    • Name, ID number, class year, January email and phone number, and a list of 3 preferences of where you wish to live.

  • Please know that all assignments are made randomly within each class and we do the best possible to take into account your preferences.

  • Always check the Residential Life web pages for other information.

If you are away in the spring and need housing for next year:
  • Before you go make sure you have filled out and given the Office of Student Life your proxy form.

  • Collect any special housing applications you wish to have so you can submit them to Student Life by the specified deadline.

  • Make sure you do not owe the college any money so you can get a lottery number in April.

  • Double check with your proxy that she/he is set to select your room. Also, this person needs to check your lottery number.

  • If you have applied for a special housing option, please contact Student Life for your application status.
