Room selection & Lottery
Each spring there is a room lottery for current students to select their rooms for the coming academic year. Students are assigned random lottery numbers based on seniority and meeting eligibility requirements. All policies and procedures regarding room selection are publicized in February, March, and April. Petitions and proposals to live in College houses are also submitted at this time.
Room assignments for new students are completed after reviewing the Roommate Questionnaire. These assignments are mailed to new students in August.
