Several bicycles have recently been reported stolen on campus. Some of the bicycles have been recovered, however most stolen bicyles are never found! It is important to take action to protect your bicycle on campus.
Bicycle Theft Prevention Tips:
* Always lock your bicycle wth a quality lock to a fixed, immovable object, such as a bicycle rack.
*Lock your bicycle in a well-lighted and visible area.
*Never leave your bicycle unlocked-even for a short time.
*Never allow someone you do not know use your bicycle.
*Keep a record of your original purchase receipts and any bicycle seriel numbers.
*Keep a photo of your bicycle on file.
*If your bicycle is stolen contact Public Safety at ext. 3333 immediately.
