Officer Liaison Program

This program assigns Public Safety Members as "Liaison Officers" to specific residence halls, residence houses or various constituencies in the college community to promote and create a safe living environment. The liaison officers may conduct meetings with hall staff members and residents to introduce themselves, provide information about services that are offered by our department, and explain the department's role in the community. The liaison officers through out the semesters may hold meetings to discuss safety and security issues, and informal training on a wide range of topics. They may also meet with the members of the residence halls, houses to resolve specific problems as they happen in their dorm or houses.
