Student Training Offered

The Kollett Academic Computing Center provides workshops for students in e-mail training, word processing software, desktop publishing, etc. during the academic year.

Student employees of the KACC are trained on a wide range of software. They staff the KACC until 1 AM, and are available during those times to assist other students in the use of supported software.

In January we offered an intensive innovative training program targetted at students interested in exploring computing careers who had little previous computing experience. Click here for details of the Computing Technology Immersion Program.

We offer summer workshops to incoming students to give them a jump start on understanding the network, commonly used software and accessing the Internet.
