IN GENERAL

Spouses/Guests Welcome
Alumnae/i spouses and guests are invited to all reunion activities and meals. All residence halls are coed during the weekend. Please make your reservation for two if you plan to bring your spouse or a guest.


Reservations and Housing

Reservation forms, which were mailed to all reuning alumnae/i on April 1, must be returned to the Alumnae/i Office by May 3. Alumnae/i will be housed together by class in residence halls. Those whose reservations come in after the deadline cannot be guaranteed housing with their classmates. Please remember, dormitory rooms contain only the barest essentials: made-up beds, towels, soap and drinking glasses. If you require a first-floor room or have other special needs, please indicate so on your reservation form.

Late Registration
If the registration area in Mary Lyon Hall is closed upon your arrival to Wheaton, please go to Public Safety for assistance.

Recreation
The Evelyn Danzig Haas Athletic Center will be open and available for your use. Other recreational opportunities include use of the outdoor tennis courts and the Pappas Fitness Center. Golfers can participate in the golf clinic, or can obtain tee times for reunion weekend directly from a number of area courses. Please indicate on your reservation form if you would like to receive golfing information.

Class Photographs
VieiraStudio will be on hand throughout Saturday to take photographs of all reunion classes. These will be available for sale and are a great souvenir! Please refer to the reunion program upon your arrival for the time of your class photo, and bring your credit card or checkbook.

Just for kids

Reunion Camp
Reunion Camp '96 will feature a wide variety of activities, including arts, crafts, swimming, story-telling, outdoor games, nature walks and more. Lunch, snacks and a special BBQ supper will be served. The program will be offered from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday for children 12 and under, at a fee of $45 per child (a small discount is available for two or more campers). A half-day session is also available. All campers must be registered by April 26. Because of space limitations, we regret being unable to accommodate those who have not registered in advance. Additional details will be sent upon receipt of your reservation.

Family Matters
Child care will be provided on Friday from 6:00 - 11:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 5:00 - 11:00 p.m. A BBQ supper will be served on Saturday. Preregistration is required.

Children under 12 may eat in the dining rooms and attend reunion activities at no charge. Older children must pay at the same rate as adults. All children must register for meals in order to receive a meal ticket. Children will be housed in residence hall rooms with their parents at no charge if parents provide their own cribs, cots, sleeping bags, etc. If children, no matter what their age, require a bed, they will be assigned at the same rate as adults. Please indicate under "campus housing" on your reservation form how many beds your family will need.

Parking
Parking facilities on campus will be limited due to the ongoing construction of Wheaton's new Jack Sidell Baseball Stadium. Please be aware that college public safety officers will direct motorists to additional parking sites set up to accommodate the high volume of visitors to campus on Saturday.
