The mission of the Staff Association is to give all members of the staff below the division officers the opportunity for focused and direct involvement in the governance and life of the Wheaton College community.
The Staff Association is not a labor organization and its purpose is not to negotiate grievances, labor disputes, wages, hours of employment or conditions of work.
