Payment Instructions
Under the regular payment plan, charges for the Fall semester are due in full by August 1, and charges for the Spring semester are due in full by January 1. Incidental charges are billed monthly as they are incurred.
MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT
To initiate a secure online payment, go to: www.afford.com. This will bring you to the link for the TMS payment center for Wheaton College. You can then choose "Checking/Statement Savings or Credit Card" and follow the instructions. Please note that if you choose to make your payment using a credit card there is a convenience fee, typically between 2% and 3.5% of the amount charged. For example, on a payment of $1,200 a convenience fee of $37.50 will be incurred by the cardholder.
PAYMENT BY MAIL
If you are paying by mail, please send your payment (in US dollars) so it is received no later than August 1, 2009 for the Fall Semester and January 1, 2010 for the Spring Semester. Please include the student's name and Wheaton ID number on the check for posting purposes.

SCHOLARSHIP PAYMENTS BY MAIL
In order to ensure that outside scholarships are credited as scholarship payments on your account, we ask that these payments be mailed directly to our office for special handling. Please make sure the payment has the recipient's name on the check, and include the scholarship letter if possible. Mail directly to:

PAYMENT BY WIRE TRANSFER
Students and families living abroad often find wire transfer the most efficient way to pay their account balance. If you would like to pay by wire transfer, please contact the Office of Student Financial Services for instructions. All charges for the cost of the wire transfer are borne by the sender. Please allow three to five days for processing and bank confirmation.
