Welcome to the 2009 - 2010 Online Billing Packet
Welcome to Wheaton's new online Billing Information Packet. We've moved the forms and information pages to the web in a concerted effort to go green. The site will be maintained throughout the year, so that you may return to it at any time. Billing statements with fall term charges will be available to students online and mailed to billing addresses the first week of July.
Here you will find information to guide you through the maze of financial information, deadlines, payment policies and forms you will need. We recommend that you follow the entire packet through to the end by choosing the "continue" link at the bottom right of each page. We have included program descriptions and vendor links where applicable. Forms are provided in .pdf format. In the case of the health insurance and tuition refund plans, you will find links to the plan brochures as well.
You may also click on a specific topic from the table of contents on the left side of the page. Our main goal is to provide you with the most up to date information to help you make informed decisions.
