Running your CAPP (Degree) Audit
CAPP (Curriculum Advising and Program Planning) is a web-based degree audit/academic advising tool that will help you review your academic progress toward the completion of your degree requirements. To run an audit:
Log in to insideWheaton
Click on Student tab, then
WINDOW folder, then
Student and Financial Records, then
Student Records, then
Curriculum Advising and Program Planning (CAPP)
Select term: (e.g. Fall 2009)
Click on Generate New Evaluation (at the bottom of the screen)
This produces the most up-to-date version
Click on Program Button
Select Term: Fall 2009
Click on Generate Request
When you see -- Degree Evaluation Display Options,
Click on Detail Requirements, then
Submit
You will see the compliance on the screen.
Using the print button on the top tool bar, select Print.
Special Note: Once you run an Audit, it will be stored for later viewing. If you have additional credit or grade changes posted to your record AFTER that Audit was run, you should "Generate a New Evaluation" in order to pick up your updated information. If you click on "View Existing Evaluation", you may be selecting an out-dated version.
