Gift Processing Assistant

Reports to: Director of Advancement Services
Description:
The Gift Processing Assistant will provide data entry support for gifts and pledges received by the college. Specifically, the Assistant will process and data enter gift and pledge payments into system, proof and conduct audits of daily data entry of pledges and gifts, process matching gift forms, and process credit card transactions. In addition, this individual will run gift and pledge reports, update donor files and information and assist with special projects as necessary.

Requirements:
High School diploma and minimum of two to three years of office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of and experience with computers and data entry functions preferred. Ability to handle confidential matters with tact and discretion and the ability to work independently are essential. Individuals must possess these knowledges, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills
Salary: Office/Clerical Grade 3
