Auxiliary Services
The Business Services Office oversees campus-wide auxiliary services (including dining services, bookstore, vending services and travel services). Our office manages the effectiveness and efficiency of the services in response to the needs of the college community and in accordance with institutional priorities. Our mission is to pursue and enhance initiatives toward continuous improvement in program quality, operating efficiency, customer service and environmental sensitivity. Automatic Laundry: To request service for laundry equipment please contact the Business Services Office x3438 or log on to Automatic Laundry’s web site at http://www.automaticlaundry.com . Click on report service on-line and choose colleges and universities and enter the requested information.
Pepsi: to request service or product for beverage vending machines please contact the Business Services Office at x 3438 or contact Pepsi directly at the 800 number located on the vending machine. Refunds for money lost in a machine are available in the Business Services Office, Park Hall – second floor, room 205.
Snack Vending: Wheaton has partnered with Foley Coffee and Vending to provide snack vending machines on campus. A total of eight machines are located on campus (Balfour Hood, Beard Hall, Larcom, Meadows, Park Hall, Science Center, Wallace Library and Young). To request service or product for the snack vending machines please contact the Business Services Office at x 3438. Refunds for money lost in a machine are available in the Business Services Office, Park Hall – second floor, room 205.
