Anthro Club
Major and Minor Seniors, from Annual Anthro Picnic May 2002

The Wheaton College Anthropology Club has a dual mission: to promote interest in studying anthropology within the Wheaton community and to provideactivities for majors and minors that supplement the classroom experience. The club sponsors field trips, lectures, and performance artists that enhance the experience of cultural diversity and non-western perspectives on the Wheaton campus. Club members generally fund-raise each year to attend the national and regional professional anthropology meetings. The Wheaton College Anthropology club is ten years old and is an affiliate of the American Anthropological Association through its Student Association section.
