Wheaton is a global campus!
At Wheaton, we’re proud of where our students come from; our diverse student community represents 72 countries and 39 states. We’re also proud of where our students are going, and how we help them get there. Our Center for Global Education connects students to more than 80 study abroad programs, plus work and internship opportunities, in more than 40 locations around the world.
About 45 percent of Wheaton students choose to study abroad, taking high-quality courses in a variety of fields including specialized programs in business, education, environmental sciences, languages, religion, the visual arts and more. Whether they choose to study abroad for a few weeks, a semester or a year, these students gain an international perspective, grow their personal and professional networks, learn from other cultures and have a positive impact on the world around them.
And did you know: Your Wheaton tuition, room and board applies to most of these study abroad programs, as do any federal, state and Wheaton scholarships—making an international experience more accessible than ever.
