Because understanding how to be good to yourself is an ongoing discovery, our Office of Health & Wellness is here to help you figure out the best ways to take care of yourself and stay healthy in every way. We have a counseling center, top-notch fitness center, exciting and fun fitness classes, yoga, plenty of opportunities to play intramural and club sports, and campus-wide events that promote healthy choices.
We want to connect you with the information and resources you need to protect and expand your health, including providing support for the most sensitive issues such as eating disorders, struggles with alcohol and drug use, body image problems and even the Freshman 15.
