Minor requirements

Asian Studies minor worksheet

Asian Studies minors are required to take at least five of the courses listed below. Courses in Asian languages beyond Wheaton’s two-semester language requirement may be counted toward the Asian Studies minor. At least one of the five courses taken to satisfy the minor requirements must be at the 300 level.

N.B. The Asian Studies major has been temporarily suspended as of July 1, 2013. Wheaton students in the Classes of 2015 and 2016 may declare the Asian Studies major; students entering beginning with the Class of 2017 may propose an Independent Major in Asian Studies, in consultation with the program’s coordinator.
